When can I expect my delivery?
It takes approximately 3-5 days to print, mount, frame and ship to you. Once on their way, we'll send you a tracking number (often the same day of order), so you can follow a long.
What materials are used for your frames?
All our frames are crafted from wood and assembled by hand for each individual piece.
Is the finish on your prints glossy or matte?
All of our posters are made on a heavy-weight matte paper that has a natural, smooth uncoated finish that feels luxurious to the touch. To keep your poster looking its best, we use shatterproof, transparent plexiglass to protect it from damage.
Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?
Due to our expedited processing times, we can usually fulfill orders swiftly, allowing for quick delivery. Consequently, once the framing process begins, changes or cancellations become challenging. We recommend reaching out via email promptly if adjustments are needed, as most orders are processed rapidly within the first few hours.
Can I receive design consultation by submitting a photo of my room for assistance in choosing the right design?
Absolutely! Feel free to send us an email with a photo of your room, and we'd be delighted to assist you in finding the perfect design for your space.
What do I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Please reach out to our support team immediately with photos of the damaged item, and we'll promptly assist you with a replacement.
